1. Services Provided
Entertainment Services
We provide comedy performances, magic shows, game show hosting, and corporate entertainment for events and gatherings.
Training Services
We offer corporate leadership training, communication workshops, and keynote speaking services for organizations.
Custom Events
We create tailored entertainment experiences designed to meet your specific event requirements and audience needs.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date. Payment schedules will be outlined in your contract. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs due to our inability to perform. Final payment is due 7 days before the event date. Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made 30-59 days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and performance materials, is owned by Seetha The Comic / EngageX or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Performance recordings may only be used for internal purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details, venue information, technical requirements, and necessary equipment as outlined in the contract. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe performance environment, appropriate audience conduct, and timely access to the venue. Any delays or issues caused by the client may affect service delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide exceptional entertainment and training services. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control, venue issues, or audience reactions.
7. Other Terms
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
